Setting of machines, motors and rotary parts

Almost 50% of all necessary downtimes are caused by nonalignment. Setting of shafts means extended operation hours, increased productivity and increased production quality. Out-of-line shafts are hazardous for work, they lead to unplanned downtimes in production, they need higher power input and can affect quality of the manufactured product.

Laser measurement and setting of the concentric part, such as bearing bushes of turbine generator units, steam seals, bearings at machines with reciprocating motion of machine sets, such as motor – pump, motor – gear-box, the setting of unconnected shafts cannot turn at all or only partially.

Diagnostics options

Measurement is carried out by lasers of FIXTUR Laser company; all the measurements are recorded in protocols. In addition to the displayed results we define machine templates for the whole machine sets consisting even out of six machines, tolerance charts, coefficient of heat increase. Definitions of machines and results are organized according to the place of operation and the machine or machine set.
